My name is Carly-Ann Dell and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT). I started my fitness and health background at a young age through the involvement of many sports and later went on to compete in the Junior Olympics in Downhill Snow Ski Racing. In 2008 I was diagnosed with a disease called Endometriosis and my life was somewhat turned upside down. This disease ran my life until I made the decision to live for ME and not let a disease define me or my physical state. In 2017 I competed in my first bikini competition where I became nationally qualified and my love for health and fitness grew into passion! I now have this love and grit to help as many woman as possible find their own self-love and self-appreciation! “Your Body by YOU” is all about the effort and commitment YOU put into YOUR program.
