EDIT: Well this sucks, I have gained quite a bit of weight back in the last two years. Life is rough sometimes and now its time to take it back off. My name is Jeff Standley I lost 160lbs on the 4 hour body, slow carb, diet and I am not going back. This is my personal vlog about how I go about maintaining the hard work I have done to get where I am. Since so many people struggle with weight loss I figured I would show my daily success as well as daily struggles to keep this weight off and live a healthy lifestyle. It is not easy and I am proof of this as I fight daily to stay fit.
