Hello! My name is Elysse. I am so happy you have found your way here. Raised in Ottawa and currently based in Toronto, I am hoping to make ballet and balletic conditioning more accessible to anyone that loves to move. I am a classical ballet teacher, trained at Canada's National Ballet School, specializing in the Cecchetti Syllabus (CC) and National Dance (AISTD). Following graduation from my degree in Physical and Health Education, my love for the intense challenges of technique, expression, and artistry in the world of dance and ballet outweighed any logical notions of job security - and so, I am here, pursuing my dream without any ounce of regret. Each Monday I will be posting a different ballet info/lifestyle video, and every Thursday a ballet class in barre, center, or conditioning categories etc. I hope you will subscribe and join me on this new challenge!
