Welcome to Amir's YouTube channel, where he shares his expertise in optimization models and heuristic algorithms for supply chain management, logistics, operations, and production management. Amir earned a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from École de Technologie Supérieure, University of Quebec focusing on real-time optimization models and smart algorithms for real-world sustainable production and energy-saving systems. Amir also served as an Advisory Algorithms Developer at Kinaxis, focusing on efficient heuristics in Java Script for production scheduling problems. Recognized as a prominent optimization researcher, Amir was appointed as a Visiting Researcher (Associate Professor) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Currently, Amir holds the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at Université du Québec à Montréal, where he contributes to the development of efficient heuristics for freight transportation and logistics network design problems.
