A warm welcome to the Crew Class Rowing Channel: Your go-to channel for indoor rowing brought to you by Niall O'Toole, former Rowing World Champion and 3 time Olympian (1992, 1996, 2004). Come and join us from the Row From Home Series of sessions (Livestream and Uploads) you can do from home, along with brushing up on technique tips and tricks to help you to row like a Pro! Session Formats We have both 30 minute session in the Row From Home Series and 15 minute sessions in the Row From Home Light Series. Release Times New Row From Home: 30 minute sessions will be released every Tuesday, and Thursday at 6am. New Row Home From Light session will be added to the channel each week too.
