I am Carmen and I am 45 years old. Trying to Rock my 40s. Aging gracefully is in the back of my thoughts. For me aging gracefully its not just about the outward appearance but paying attention to my mobility and overall mental health. I am a wife and a mother of 5 kids; 2 of which are young adults still living with me. I am a Zumba Instructor. I am an enthusiast of skincare and a makeup lover.
