Born in Boise and raised just over the hill in Emmett, I spent the first half of my married life in Bangkok, Thailand, where I learned to solve problems in a very unfamiliar environment; how to negotiate to get a better price; and how to communicate clearly, even when not using my native language ~ all skills that I use as a Realtor with family-owned John L Scott Real Estate. My videos will help you learn about the Idaho real estate market, living in Idaho, new construction, HOAs, builders, buying raw land, and especially, relocating to Idaho.
