We are a family of three and passionate about healthy and delicious eating. We love to cook and eat clean low carb, and low-calorie diet. My wife and I are teachers by profession and cooking is our passion! We love trying out new recipes and cuisines around the world. We believe ‘we are what we eat’ and as the saying goes ‘cooking is love made edible’. Therefore, our core food value primarily is a low carb low-calorie diet for healthy living.
