I am a psychedelic educator and content creator, here to share my insights on all things mental health and holistic well-being. Since 2020, I have been demystifying the field of psychedelic-assisted healing mostly through my YouTube channel. I often say that one doesn’t just wake up and decide to become a psychedelic YouTuber. I stumbled into this role as a consequence of having made remarkable strides on my own mental health journey. As a daughter of Cambodia, I am a product of intergenerational trauma. Through my efforts in healing myself, I have uncovered a philosophy of life that turns our greatest wounds into our greatest catalysts of change. There is an inborn wisdom that only those who have healed from trauma tend to realize. I've uncovered this in myself and see it in the people I encounter everyday. What began for me as just a "microdosing journey" has become a journey of so much more. I owe so much to psychedelic medicine for opening the doors.
