This is a Vlog about my life here in central Florida. I am a gym rat with a degree in Exercise Science and a MBA in Marketing. I manage a gym that is a part of a 1.6 billion dollar hospital system. I have two kids and a wife. This is an adventure in it self as I am launching my first Vlog. Over the last two years, I have lost nearly 40 pounds. This Vlog does not show my transformation but it does show you all how I live my life. It did take a lot of work to loose all of that weight and look this good. Just because I look this good it requires work still. There is never a moment that I stop. I am constantly working on something.
