Our society is plagued with chronic disease and limited quality family time. In an attempt to prevent the two, Family Phys. Ed. takes an upstream, proactive approach by inspiring families to love physical activity and be mindful of our family's health. In order to inspire resilience and a more positive mindset, fitness activities are designed for families to face fun physical adversity and professionally controlled challenges.
