I'm a registered dietician and a fitness instructor. I've been working in the field for 20 years and have a passion for helping individuals find ways to incorporate exercise and healthy food into their lives in a way that makes sense for them. I'll be using this channel to post short fitness videos for all levels as well as nutrition education pieces. I believe that any amount of exercise is better than nothing and sometimes a short workout can encourage healthier eating throughout the day.
