Welcome to First-Timers Homes! I'm Zach, my wife is Lisa, and as first-time homeowners this channel is about sharing our experience with you as we work to fix and update our home in hopes that we can help you learn from our mistakes and take on projects. Here's how it all started... We bought our first house and moved in. Things went well for a while... then we started to notice things... the odd paint mishaps here and there... the tile grout in the bathrooms started falling apart... the doorbell went on the fritz and wouldn't stop ringing... water started coming out of the wall... the A/C started smelling funny... and all of the grass died... So, we're getting to work.
