Kitchen Academic is a lifestyle program offering great nutritious recipes from some of La Trobe University's leading academics in dietetics and human nutrition. Food is necessary for life, but without the right amount and type of food we are unlikely to achieve optimal health or performance. Our academics in this emerging research focus area of Food for Life, Health and Performance, will present their favorite recipes while talking about their research on gastrointestinal disorders, food for elite athletes and performance, and infant and child nutrition.
