Ciao! Welcome to myYoutube channel. I moved to Italy from San Francisco in 1984 and never looked back. I was a pastry chef at a 5 star hotel and then followed my heart to combine my two passions, food and travel. I opened my cooking school in FLorence in 1988 and then moved out to the countryside and opened in Colle Val D'Elsa. I closed that space in 2015 and now concentrate on my Florence market tours and on weeklong programs here in Certaldo and also in Sicily.
