This is my first channel, in what will become a web-based broadcast System. My first program will be a cooking show titled Pie In The Sky. As you have probably guessed, the focus of the show is pizza. I am gonna teach all of you out there how easy, and rewarding, it is to make your own pies. I know that I have gone on a long journey from Texas to California, and all points in between, in search of the best pizza. To no avail, there is still only one pizza that can hit that sweet spot and send me into a coma:-) my own.
