I'm a HOME CHEF and I'm here to present few recipes from my kitchen and from my ancestors'. I have had very keen interest in cooking since from my childhood and I have been experimenting from my 8th grade. My first dish was Dosai/Dosa to my Grandpa/Thatha who thought that my broken Dosai was upma but still never hesitated to appreciated my efforts. That could be one of a reason to continue my cooking and inventing new dishes. Shifting to different countries after marriage has made me to keep experimenting different cuisines and modifying Indian recipes according to the ingredients available in each counry. Thanks to the versatility of the Indian dishes. My motto is healthy recipes does not need to be tasteless.
