The finance and investment space in India is constantly booming and breaking new thresholds every year. But the one thing all of us experienced in our so-far short journey was the lack of structured information regarding recruitment, careers and even learning material. All of the knowledge seemed to be passed around like closely guarded secrets. The Number Monkey is our attempt at democratizing information around careers & recruitment so that aspiring candidates can navigate the finance jungle - and we are doing this completely pro bono! We aim to create a free-speaking community where junior and senior professionals can share insights, advice as well as their experiences in the industry to help, mentor and develop the next batch of industry leaders. We also want to create a knowledge repository on matters such as financial modelling, sector analysis, etc. which are increasingly becoming just a hygienic factor for working in the industry
