This channel shares my life and my journey. I have been asked to come back and just talk about whatever is going on in my lfe and that I shouldn't focus on weight loss or cooking as much as I should just be me. so here it goes. I have had huge successes and major setbacks but I am still fighting to live my healthiest life. Keto was an amazing ride that helped me lose weight and improve so many of my health issues. After 2+ years I entered into menopause and everything that had previously been working stopped and reversed itself, instead maintaining my weight loss I started gaining! Needless to say I panicked, then became discouraged, then gave up and truly started a downhill journey into depression and weight gain. The next part of my journey involved the great 2020 world wide meltdown and from that point on I have been battling my addiction to carbs, gluten, sugar, and binge eating disorder.
