The Adult Life was created from my experiences struggling to determine if I could call myself a fully fledged adult. I was definitely old enough to be one, but I still found myself deferring to my parents and unable to feel comfortable in 'grown people's' conversations. ​ I've always had a passion for teaching, learning and education and decided to create an online presence dedicated to building confidence in young people and gently nurturing them towards taking control of their lives and becoming who they need to be. ​ The blog and YouTube channel work in tandem to give different perspectives on issues facing young people today, both following my advice and experiences. With topics ranging from personal development and wellbeing to finance, there's something for all.
