Come along on my journey to start eating better! I originally went plant based for health reasons. But I eventually got more into the ethical side of veganism while also discovering all of the delicious but highly processed vegan foods. I’m trying to get back to a minimally processed whole food plant based diet. It’s going to be slow moving as I work to incorporate more whole foods back into my diet, but follow along for some meal ideas and maybe some inspiration ✌️❤️ 🌱
