About

Culina is the world's first gastro-lab for microbial gastronomy. Our mission is for the collaboration of biotechnology, architecture and design to create a new 'kitchen' concept - the Culina experience. We unearth traditional and lost processes of growing, cooking and eating food together - reshaping them with modern day biotechnologies and designs for a future of self-sustenance. Submitted as part of the Biodesign Challenge 2020.
