Hey guys, my name is PP Jutras, I’m a strength and conditioning coach. I've specialized in water sports preparation, but mostly Windsurfing. For more than a decade, I’ve been helping people create new habits and live a better, healthier and happier life. My main goal is, to put a lot of emphasis on posture, mobility and all the things that can help prevent injury. Everything I do deeper purpose. I always look to make you better and this comes by creating solid relationships with the people I’m working with. I don’t believe in a magic pill or any flavours of the week. I strongly believe in building super-strong foundations. With a good balance mind and body, you’ll be able to fulfill your passions full throttle.
