I am a builder by trade, ever since I can remember I have been in construction. My Father would take me to jobsites and would do side jobs as a family so we could go on vacations. Building is in my blood, my Great-grandfather even helped build the Hoover Dam. I have been able to help hundreds of people, teams and companies apply the principles of Takt Planning and Control to their projects and the results are in; Takt is here to stay and is the most efficient tool for planning and scheduling in construction. This is my solo and main focus, to teach and help guide the construction industry to use this better tool. If you are interested in learning about takt I have a number of videos on this channel that will help you see this is the way forward. I also have an online course and a guided implementation subscription if you are interested. I am first and foremost a family man and am happily married to my best friend; I am a father of two beautiful girls and two awesome sons.
