Hey, it’s Missy; welcome to my channel. A little bit about me, I’m a former tennis player and now a stay-at-home mum of 2 super energetic toddlers, a boy, and a girl. I’ve recently rediscovered my love for health and wellbeing and wanted to share my journey. My hope is to help any mums out there who may be experiencing “mum rut.” It’s so easy to get into mum mode and go through the motions of day-to-day life where everyone is taken care of except you. It took me 18 months after having my second child to realize it’s ok to do things for myself without feeling like I’m taking away my time and energy from my husband and kids. On my channel, you'll find content on women’s wellness and mum life tips (based on my experiences with my kids) and a few lifestyle videos as well.
