Visitors can enjoy unique access to beautiful private gardens, buy home grown plants and savour home made teas. Your visits make a huge difference, and thanks to your generosity and that of our garden owners and volunteers, we raised over 44K in 2023 for our nursing and health, and gardening charities. We begin the open garden season in January with the National Collection of snowdrops, followed by spring bulbs in March and April. You can enjoy beautiful plantings and inspirational designs at numerous gardens throughout the summer, some of which have been featured in national magazines and on television. There are also themed gardens such as the alpine garden, the serene Japanese garden and the meandering Texan dry riverbed garden, as well as several walled gardens. We will conclude the year with an enchanting celebration of Diwali themed evening of lights. We look forward to welcoming you to our gardens in Bedfordshire in 2024.
