Hi, my name is Jeanne Larson and I am a Certified Health Coach and Fitness/Personal Trainer, wife, and mama of two active boys. My goal is to equip you with EASY and HEALTHY Recipes and food tips that simplify your job in the kitchen! I aim to save you time, money, and SANITY in meal prep for healthy food for you and your family. Along with food and nutrition, I have a passion for an active lifestyle and train individuals and group fitness. As a fitness trainer, I have taught everyone from seniors, to kids, to Bootcamp. My focus for fitness videos is a HIIT format (high intensity interval training) WITH modifications for all fitness levels, sculpting/toning, and an overall FULL-body workout.
