Our philosophy is to "travel wide" meaning all over the world, but also to "travel deep" which means getting to the core of the places we visit. We are Chris and Michael, a gay couple who live in Washington DC. We retired early to enjoy extended slow travel. Since our approach is to “travel deep,” we typically spend a month or more at a destination. Therefore you will see playlists called destination “collections” and “series” on our channel. You can binge these from start to finish which allows you to immerse yourself in a location and learn what it’s really like to explore there. Our channel also contains playlists called “selects.” These group specific videos that cover popular travel related topics like travel tips, favorite Airbnbs, or travel costs and finances. We lean towards more sophisticated travel experiences and hope to one day be among the best YouTube travel channels. Join us and share your travel experiences with us as well.
