Welcome to the Keto Diet Clan account. We are Brittany, Todd, Jasmine and Segeta. We are a group of friends who were not happy with the weight we had gained as we got older. So, we all decided to make a change. We tried many different diets and many just didn’t work. Then, Segeta discovered the Keto diet and put the rest of us on.
