Panlasa ni Tisoy, which translates to "Mestizo's Taste," is a YouTube channel run by myself, a retired fire captain. I love sharing my passion for healthy cooking. Born in the Philippines and have been residing in the United States for years. I enjoy preparing nutritious recipes for my family and friends. My content features a variety of dishes, including traditional Filipino, Hawaiian and other recipes like Malunggay (Moringa), Calabasa (Squash), and Eggplant with Coconut Milk and Cream with Shrimp, Laulau, Pasta etc. I also provide tutorials on vegetarian or low carb options such as rice-paper rolls, green papaya, and mango salad.
