I have always enjoyed training, staying fit and healthy and decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer to further my interest in this industry. I know how hard it can be to achieve your desired physique, it’s so important that you stay motivated and see /feel results. That is why I specialise in providing a tailored and varied program for you, reviewing your diet, targeting your goals and the activities you will enjoy most. I am based in Preston and Manchester, with clients coming from all other the north-west of England. I train clients at their homes, gyms, work places, parks and training studios.
