This channel is for those like me who enjoy gardening and living a more sustainable life. Several years ago, my 9 year old daughter was suffering from high blood pressure, prediabetes and high cholesterol. Everything pointed to her diet. Although, I have always enjoyed having a small garden, growing healthy organic food to cure her of the many ailments is what motivated me to learn and understand how to grow food. This journey has taught me that food can heal or harm us. I can teach you how to setup and grow your own kitchen garden and help yourself and those you love.
