This channel grew out of my love for dance. My passion is to teach and demo line dance in a lesson format. Sharing popular line dances in the so cal area. There are so many benefits. First it is so healthy to move and when moving to music and with friends it is healthy and fun and exercise. You do not need a dance partner. Line dancing helps your brain work on memory and learning new things daily. Line dancing is a series of steps in a specific sequence. Learning and remembering the sequence of steps is so healthy for your mental acuity. Another benefit, social gains of being in a community. Not needing a partner but being able to dance with a group. Not being alone. I am so thrilled to be a member of the line dancing community and am so excited to share with others. By having a tutorial YouTube channel so that anyone can learn to line dance was and is my vision. Enjoy and dance with me. Mistakes are ok, the most important is to laugh and have fun.
