I'm a fifty year old mother of three with a passion for fitness and travel. I started competing after my third child at the age of 41. I took up gymnastics and chose Fitness as my division. I went on to win ABBA Fitness Champion in 2014. It was a proud moment. I tore my ACL/ MCL, broke a piece of bone and shredded the meniscus landing wrong on the tumble track in 2015 trying to get ready for Nationals. I had surgery and I've completed in the Arnold's, met Arnold Schwarzenegger and competed Nationally. I love working out, eating healthy, talking about my kids, football and I'm committed to helping older women and mom's find their strength, inner beauty and happiness. Cancer Survivor.
