I've created this channel to share health and fitness activities for all ages during the lockdown. The majority of what I share will be suited to Primary aged children. All activities will be suitable for families. I will be reading stories and playing games from Create Development's Real PE programme which I use in school. We will add in ways to use these games to have some fun with literacy and numeracy. I hope you all have fun with the activities I share and the children can play along and give their parents a break for 20 minutes.
