The Foody Friends is a kids cooking show for kids with food allergies or sensitivities starring 8 year olds Ava and Alivia. They call themselves "The Foody Friends"... because they are best friends and love food!!! Ava and Alivia also both have special diets and can't eat a lot of things that other kids can eat. It's frustrating for them (and their parents) sometimes, but they try to make the most of it by learning to make safer versions of what their friends eat. Here you will find allergy friendly recipes for all kinds of yummy food. All of the recipes are dairy free, gluten free, and peanut free, and most are even vegan, soy, tree nut, and corn free. ​So grab your mom, sister, brother, or your friends and let's start cooking!
