Hey, I’m Erik Throm, former tech exec turned realtor. I spent years running teams at two of the Big 6 Tech Companies and I bring that same mindset to real estate: analytical, data-driven and process-oriented. I'm not a traditional old school realtor, and if you work in tech like most of my clients, you’ll appreciate my approach. I’m an associate at City Real Estate, a locally owned boutique with over $1B in annual sales. I don’t run a team so my clients aren't pawned off to junior agents. All my clients work exclusively with me front start to finish. For sellers, I coordinate vetted local contractors and project manage the entire pre-sale renovation process and pay for everything up front. Just pay me back after the home sells, dollar for dollar, no interest or fees. My network of contractors is also valuable for my buyers looking for trusted experts for home improvements.
