Hi, I’m JoAnna! Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, in an Italian immigrant family, I’ve always believed in chasing big dreams. After earning my degree from Fordham University, I started a career in finance—first at Bloomberg L.P. and later on Wall Street as a credit derivatives broker. Before I turned 30, I invested in California real estate, left the high-stakes world of finance, and built a new life on the West Coast as a self-made millionaire. Today, I’m a luxury real estate agent at The Beverly Hills Estates, one of LA’s top firms, led by powerhouse duo Branden and Rayni Williams. I’ve closed over $125 million in sales, helping clients find their dream homes in Southern California. Beyond real estate, I’m a wife, mother, and passionate advocate for living your best life—whether it’s through smart investments, wellness, or building meaningful relationships. My mission?
