About

This is my attempt to capture my journey through life. I used to say the fitness world, then I said bodybuilding, then i said personal training... but really, to simplify it, this is my life. I am a strong believer in a designer to this universe, and the vessels that carry us around within it. I am a lover of the vessel in which we live, and I am very interested in finding the limits of its capapbilities, the limits of its endurance, and the manipulation of the systems to further understand and maintain it. I love body building, and being in the gym is the most enjoyable thing i have ever experienced. I hope that my physique built of sheer will and love for the process informs or otherwise inspires you to be the best version of whatever you want to be.
