We started as 2 average-salaried employees working as engineers for 12 years. In 2017, we decided that it was time to go full throttle towards financial freedom, and did a ton of research on what investments to go into. Today, we own multiple cashflowing rental properties in the United States (US) collecting 6 figure rent checks annually, despite living halfway across the world from the US. Being remote landlords, we built teams that we trust to buy and manage our properties in the US, and developed systematic processes to mitigate risks. This channel documents our learning experience.
