Welcome to my channel! I've been teaching yoga since I completed my first yoga teacher training in March 2008. I started teaching in my native Toronto and since leaving Canada in 2009 I have lived and taught yoga in Singapore, Dublin, Bangkok, Hong Kong, San Francisco and Cape Town. For many years I took on the life of a traveling yogi, completely nomadic, teaching workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings across Europe, Asia, and Southern Africa. I am now based in Brussels, Belgium. I'm humbled by the yoga practice which has transformed me in profound ways. It is my passion to share my experience of yoga with people of all walks of life.
