Hi my name is Ashley Ward and I am 20 years old. I work as an IT engineer, which is a pretty demanding job, then afterwards I go to the gym. I am a very happy down-to-earth kinda guy and I am very passionate about my job and health. I show a lot of enthusiasm in anything I do and I am extremely determined to be the best i can be! I enjoy going out with friends, quiet nights in with my partner and making gains in the gym! AW Evolve is a page about my recovery/fitness goals from a major motorcycle accident. I suffered from a torn cruciate ligament, complex fracture of my left leg (a metal rod and 3 screws inserted) and fractured both bones in my left arm. This is a journey from coming home to re-building my body.
