Welcome! I’m Scott Shetler — strength coach, author, and martial arts enthusiast. I hold a degree in Health & Physical Education, am an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, Westside Barbell Special Strengths Coach, and World Kettlebell Club Master Trainer. I’m also a certified Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) instructor through Tai Chi Healthways, and an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Through Extreme Performance Training Systems, I’ve coached athletes and dedicated fitness enthusiasts in sports ranging from football and MMA to track & field, powerlifting, and kettlebell sport. My work has appeared in publications, seminars, and books such as Kettlebell Conditioning for MMA, Eat Plants, Lift Iron, and Kettlebells for Sport, Strength & Fitness.
