Welcome to my channel. For those who don't know me, I'm Col (Ret) Norman "Stormin'" Potter. My 35-year service in the United States Air Force career took me from the ranks of Aiman Basic to Colonel. I was a commander three times, and my staff tours included the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. I served in Operations Desert Storm, Southern Watch, Provide Comfort, Deny Flight, and Deliberate Force. I logged over 5,000 operational hours in the F-105G, F-4D, E-3B/C, NE-3A, EC-130E, E-8C, and E-2C. I had assignments in Tactical Air Command, Air Combat Command, NATO, Pacific Air Forces, US Air Forces Europe, and Air Education and Training Command. My last assignment was on the faculty of the Air War College teaching Global Security and Strategic Leadership. I retired from the USAF in 2010 and served as a contractor for four years.
