Get A Grip Training Center, LLC is a functional fitness training center located in Colona, IL. We specialize in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) training but offer much, much more! We offer adult group classes, kids group classes, private sessions, and open gym/education times. We put the "fun" in functional training while achieving results for all of our family.
