Hello, Sweet People! I'm Gesine. I'm a pastry chef and baking instructor at my little baking school in Vermont, Sugar Glider Kitchen, and at King Arthur Flour (again, in Vermont). It isn't easy getting into my classes (they book out in minutes) and Vermont is quite a distance, so I'm bringing a little bit of Vermont baking here to you. You'll find very short, hands only, how-to videos in specific playlists and then, on the 3rd Sunday every month (I'm making that up, I might post it on the 2nd Sunday. Or I might post on both the 2nd or 3rd Sunday. Either way, on a Sunday.) I'll post a recipe demo that supports those hands-on videos, like flaky pie dough! Or a yeasted dough! Or meringue (French, Swiss, Italian)! And hopefully loads of other things that aren't as pale/tan as the things I just listed above! You get the picture.
