Heather Kraft is first and foremost a believer in Jesus Christ! She is a wife and mom of four kiddos... girl, boy, girl, boy. She has her master's degree in education and still thoroughly enjoys substitute teaching. She also absolutely loves photography. Heather found Beachbody while looking for a way to get off her post pregnancy weight. The excuse of "you just had a baby" didn't work anymore once her son was 18 months old. She found Turbo Fire and Shakeology while watching an infomercial and knew it was the program that would keep her motivated and on track. She lost 18lbs and over 10in all around. That catapulted her into a love of fitness and helping others. She decided to become a coach to help others on their own health and fitness journey. Through the coaching opportunity she has been able to stay home with her children, pay cash for vacations and Christmas and cars! Her desire is to share her Faith, Fitness, Family and Financial Freedom!
