Born in Toronto, Chris Bilz started his education at Queens University in Engineering. It was in this small Kingston town where he first developed an interest in real estate by buying, selling, and renovating student rental properties. Once Chris left Kingston, he started his career in finance and continued his education through a wide range of prestigious designations. He never stopped working in real estate and in 2008, he identified an opportunity across the border. He spent about a year traveling around the United States and learning all he could about the industry and about the opportunities. This culminated in Florida where he spent most of his time identifying a strategy for interested Canadian investors. With his new-found knowledge, friends, and previous wealth of experience, Chris' passion to help others inspired him and he soon began sharing the wealth through by others.
