I am the creator of Dancers Alignment Conditioning and owner of an amazing Pilates studio in Utah with one goal and purpose... Change lives for the better! I offer classes of all types, including Pilates, Barre and Bounce (with JumpSport Trampolines). Every class is guaranteed to work you! I also have an extensive career as a dance professional, working for companies such as Disney World Florida, United Spirit Association and many more. My Dancers Alignment Conditioning program is designed to train aspiring and working dance professionals. This unique and exclusive program strengthens and aligns their bodies, allowing them to achieve peak performance. I also offer Team and Solo choreography, as well as teacher training.
