KB Fitness has been established since 1999, and our members range from absolute beginners to advanced level grades. There is no pressure to follow the grading route in our classes, some members come just purely to train, meet people, have fun and unwind after a stressful day at work. Our female team of instructors just want you to feel comfortable in our safe and friendly London Dojo. Come and roar in the KB Kickboxing classes, experiencing highs you didn’t know could be reached through fitness training. Feel safer through our KB Self Defence classes, enabling you to walk that much taller, with a newfound level of confidence.
